Joen Calix Taking a photograph of the train and giving it an old vibe from the 90's. Using a sony camera with a lens of 3.5-5.6/18-135.

Joen Calix Photographing in the skating ring, and incorporating more colors in the art piece. Using lightroom to edit the photograph.

Joen Calix The process I used for the photo was to give a warm feeling of a memory being in the city of New York. To feel nostalgic after seeing the photo is my inspiration.

Jazarra Crane I made this after I watched queen charlotte for the first time so I named this peace ‘duchess’. It’s an image of a woman staring at what can be assumed the ground or an object near the ground. Unlike most royals she’s a bit more indecently free, some loose strands coming from her high up bun, her chest sticking up in a proud posture and a small smirk on her face —similar to the Mona Lisa. I really like the Victorian and renaissance era so as you can see how this is inspired by that.

Jazarra Crane This is my most recent piece! I haven’t given it a name yet, I kinda forced myself to do it because I’ve had art block for a long time. But I saw a photo off a Pinterest similar to this and fell in love because of the Chapel veil. Tying to my religion so this one is kinda special to me, especially since she’s coming out of the water almost like a goddess and I see this peace as an overall ethereal experience.

Jazarra Crane As I mentioned before, I am in love with the Renaissance and Victorian era so once again this is another Victorian inspired drawing. (It’s just my digital art style lol) I did this one in the summertime. It took me a lot of time because of all the layers that went into this one. I chose frogs because it’s a lake and I have a deep love for reptiles, especially frogs. For the woman in the drawing, I wanted to create something that looks like the people on my dad’s side of the family (black people), but in a more “formal” light… let my imagination wander to if black Americans had the opportunity to enjoy the European/old American lifestyle. :))
